PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL POLICIES

🪞 Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot
  • Deposits are applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due the day of service 

cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App.

  • Deposits can be transferred one time if you reschedule within 48 hours of your original appointment time.
  • Free 30 minute Consultations are required for new clients
  • zoom, FT, What’s App


Cancellations & Late Policy

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
  • There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled.
  • Frequent no-shows or late arrivals may result in a booking ban.
  • No show no call will be charged full appt. 


💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Prep & Wig Drop-Offs

  •  Clients must arrive with hair clean, detangled, and blown out
  •  Wig installs require wig drop-off at least 48 hours before your appointment for customization (bleaching, plucking, tinting, etc.).
  •  Please add on Goddess add ons during booking or at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • Late drop off $30
  • After hour appts $50 extra


Payment Policy

  • Accepted forms: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App ($Marchex2).
  • No refunds on completed services or purchased wigs. 
  • Exchanges or store credit may be offered at owner’s discretion for unused products only.
  • Any chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate booking suspension.


🚗 Travel & Delivery

  • Installs only
  • $80 local 20 mile radius
  • Wig delivery only $40 local 20 mile radius 


📸 Content & Marketing

By booking, you agree that photos and videos taken during or after your appointment may be used for social media or marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify before the service begins.
