1. Can I pay half now and the rest when I get paid?

No. All deposits are required upfront, and the remaining balance is due the day of your appointment before service begins.

I do not offer payment plans or split-pay options.



2. Do you negotiate prices?

No. Prices are firm and reflective of the quality, time, and products used.

There is no negotiating, and disrespect regarding pricing will not be tolerated.



3. Can I pay my deposit later?

No. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is paid.

If the deposit is not received, the time slot will be given to someone else.



4. What happens if I’m running late?

There is a 10-minute grace period.

After that, a late fee applies.

After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.



5. Can I bring extra people to my appointment?

No. No extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.



6. What if I need to reschedule?

You may reschedule once, if you notify me 24 hours before your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but can transfer to a new date one time.



7. What if I cancel the same day?

Same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit.

A new deposit is required to rebook.



8. Do I have to drop my wig off before my appointment?

Yes. Wigs must be dropped off 3 days prior for customization.

Late wig drop-offs may result in a $25 rush fee or rescheduling.



9. Can I use a wig that was worn before?

Yes, but it may require a wig revamp depending on condition.

Additional fees may apply.



10. Do you install wigs from any vendor?

Yes, I install wigs from any company.

However, I recommend my Goddess Collection for the best results.



11. Do I need to come with my hair washed?

Yes. Please arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair.

If your hair is not properly prepared, a prep fee may be added.



12. Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales and services are final.

I do not offer refunds on wigs, revamps, or installations.



13. Do you travel for installs?

Yes. I travel with a standard travel fee based on distance.



14. Do you offer mobile wig delivery?

Yes — I offer mobile wig delivery within 20 miles in the DMV.

Longer distances may be shipped.



15. Do you do same-day appointments?

Yes, if my schedule allows.

Squeeze-in fees apply for same-day or last-minute bookings.



16. Can I book without a deposit and pay in person?

No. No deposit = no appointment.



17. What if my lace lifts after my appointment?

Lace maintenance is based on lifestyle and care.

I offer touch-up appointments for a fee.



18. Can you fix someone else’s mistake install?

Yes — this would be booked as a wig revamp + installation.



19. What should I bring to my appointment?

Just yourself — wig should already be dropped off.

Please arrive with clean, dry hair and bring your remaining balance.



20. What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Cash App ($Marchex2), Zelle, Apple Pay
